Unexpected Kindness and Soulmates in Moxibustion: My Memorable Birthday Journey

The First Story: An Honest 150 Yuan Transfer
I was busy restocking inventory at noon when I received a call from an Inner Mongolian friend. He wanted to purchase a male meridian model and had gotten my bank account information about a month ago. He said he’d transfer payment when convenient and then share his address. Today he called to confirm the account details, insisting on transferring 150 yuan. Originally, the product plus shipping was only 80 yuan – I was barely making any profit as a favor. He insisted on paying extra for “the trouble of handling a single order.” Hahaha! What an honest soul! Without further discussion, when shipping his order that evening, I included several extra boxes of moxa sticks and portable moxibustion devices worth the excess payment. I could never take advantage of others – that would make me feel ashamed.

The Second Story: A Meeting of Like-Minded Souls
While still immersed in restocking, another call came through – from a former colleague I’d rarely spoken with before. Our mutual acquaintance Shao Zhen had mentioned this colleague was a diehard moxibustion enthusiast, so I’d sent her some moxa sticks through Shao Zhen and shared my contact information. On the phone, she confessed: “I can’t go a day without the scent of moxa! I buy every new moxibustion tool I find – it’s an addiction. I already have two cases (100 boxes each) stored at home. After trying your moxa sticks, I noticed a real difference. Send me more, and any new tools you have!” My goodness! It was like looking in a mirror. I told her I had too many tools to list and invited her to visit my home to try them personally. We finalized her order, and she sighed: “If only I’d known you earlier, I could have been using quality moxa all this time!” Never too late – meeting another true moxibustion devotee genuinely excited me.

After completing shipments, I saw a message from online friend “South Sea Thirteen” sharing her moxibustion experiences and how she’s been recommending my products. This reminded me of an auntie from my community who visited recently. After I taught her cupping therapy and moxibustion techniques using my tools, she kept marveling at the post-treatment relaxation. Now she wants to refer all her ailing friends to me, her kindness tempered by eagerness. I advised: “No need to rush – let it happen naturally. Bring them when they’re ready to try.”

Every day brings kind souls who spontaneously promote my products, wanting others to experience the same healing joy and recognizing my efforts. My heartfelt thanks!

Today is my birthday. Grateful for my mother-in-law’s chicken noodle soup and delicious spicy chicken, and to my work partner who helped us finish tasks efficiently. Feeling blessed by family love, work passion, and customers’ heartwarming feedback. Thank you all!
