Why I Always Find Time to Share Moxibustion Knowledge in Our Group

Why are there only 24 hours in a day?

Last night I signed off early because I had to do a bloodletting cupping session followed by some moxibustion—and that takes quite a bit of time. By the time I finished, it was already very late. With only five days left until our price adjustment, my assistant is swamped handling inquiries and orders, so I haven’t had time to chat in the group.

People often tell me how helpful I am and give me so much encouragement. I treasure that sense of recognition and understanding—it’s why I love spending time in the group, sharing my thoughts and wellness tips. Serving friends there brings me joy. I consider myself deeply fortunate—I’ve received so much already. So if you ask why I patiently answer questions and share in the group, it’s because, first, it feels good to know my contributions have value; and second, I’ve experienced my own health struggles and understand how painful it can be. I simply want to inspire others to take small steps toward feeling better—body and mind alike.

Every person I’ve met along the way has been a gift. Even my own health challenges have taught me so much—without them, I wouldn’t have been driven to learn, to practice, and to gain the insights I can now share. Rising up through setbacks and difficulties has made every experience a precious treasure. If I can do it, you can too.

Really, life doesn’t have to be so complicated. Just be your authentic self. I’ve had people say they’ve been following my posts and group chats and that they feel they can trust me. That trust moves me deeply. It comes from my everyday sincerity and the care I put in—people who feel that care can sense it. Be an ordinary person with real feelings—joy, anger, sorrow, laughter—be honest and generous with what you know. Have the courage to be yourself. It’s wonderful.

Lately, many longtime customers keep ordering moxa cones—often not for themselves but to send as gifts. When someone experiences the warmth and comfort of moxibustion, they can’t help but share it with friends and family. That dedication and kindness are so pure. If you’re lucky enough to receive some moxa sticks as a gift, cherish them—and really explore the experience. It’s not just moxa; it’s love.

No matter how busy we get, moments of inspiration deserve to be shared immediately.
