One of the parcels wasn’t promptly sent back to me, despite the customer’s repeated inquiries. I felt truly sorry, so I called to explain. The customer was very understanding, didn’t blame me at all, and even wished me a happy birthday!

Why do customers return? Because I’ve walked the long path of moxibustion myself. This is my eighth year of daily practice. In the beginning I pressured myself to “be healed in six months”—then a year, two, three. I grew impatient, even gave up at times, and fell ill. After the fourth year, I stopped chasing results and began enjoying the journey: each day’s small progress, the balance of work, study, and moxibustion. Freed from stress, my health improved more than ever.
