When Life Gets Busy, Gratitude Keeps Me Going
I often feel like there just isn’t enough time in a day! No matter how much I get done, there’s always more waiting. But not writing my journal for a few days? That makes me feel even more out of sorts.
We’re heading out for a trip next week, so I’ve been trying to prepare without overdoing things. After all, if I’m too tired, I won’t feel my best — and my vacation photos won’t turn out as nice! So each day, I dedicate part of the time to truly living — doing household chores, cooking, tidying up, adjusting my wellness routine, and stepping out for little errands when I can.
The rest of my time is focused on packing and shipping orders. That leaves little room for updating the website, launching new products, or promoting the business. Still, I’m so grateful — because my lovely customers never forget about me.
Many of them reach out, genuinely caring about how I’m doing. Some customers even seem more invested in my business than I am, always cheering me on. With such heartfelt support, how could the business not continue to grow?
Customers Who Truly Believe in What I Offer
Many of my customers come through word-of-mouth, or after trying the products themselves and deciding they’re worth coming back for — often buying by the box. Some place repeat orders several times a month. It’s like they’ve become a little “hooked” — in the best way!
In the past, some people would stop moxibustion when they encountered certain natural responses from the body. But now, more and more customers are beginning to understand how valuable those signs are. They even ask me, “Why am I not seeing any blisters like others do? Is that normal?” Instead of worrying, they’re actually looking forward to the experience — haha!
I always remind them: everyone’s body is different. The way we respond, the amount we need, the technique we use — it all varies. Don’t expect the same reaction as someone else. Just stay in tune with your own body, and your results will follow.
When Sincerity Meets Sincerity
There are friends I’ve known for years through moxibustion groups — some of whom never tried my moxa sticks until recently. After hearing others rave about them, they finally decided to give them a try. One friend told me, “From now on, I’m only buying yours — it’s truly different!”
